Halal menu request

Requesting for a halal meal on Cathay Pacific flights should not be difficult. It is recommended that you call customer service and state your preference after you have bought your flight ticket. In case if you forget, you can request halal meal (Moslem Meal – MOML) up to 24 hours before the flight. After that time, special meals availability are not guaranteed. For example, I managed to get a halal meal even though I bought my ticket 20 hours before flight time. However, passengers next to me who bought the flight ticket with same time window as I am were not able to get their preferred vegetarian meal.
