ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibility
- Analyze and advice on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Ensure accurate timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Job Requirements
Academic qualifications & professional certificates
- Essential: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Preferred: Degree in Accounting
Experience / Exposure
- Essential: Must have at least minimum of 3 years’ experience in the management of financial systems and budgets
- Preferred: Experience in financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
Competencies
Knowledge & skills required:
General:
- Knowledge and experience of related computer applications.
- Knowledge of economic principles.
- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
Technical:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PC skills.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose
